Who Needs to Use This Form?
- Visitor Visa Applicants: If you are applying for a visitor visa, reconsidering a decision to decline a further visitor visa, or varying the conditions of a visitor visa, and another person is submitting the application on your behalf, you need to complete this form.
- Included Applicants: If you are over 18 and have been included in your partner’s or parent’s visitor visa application, you must also complete this form.
Sections to be Completed
- Section A: Basic information and declaration by the visitor visa applicant to show understanding and agreement to the statements about the application and any visa that may be granted.
- Section B: Declaration indicating that a licensed immigration adviser or a person exempt from licensing (such as a lawyer) is submitting the form and will continue to act on your behalf during the application’s processing.
- Section C: Declaration indicating that a person is only assisting by recording your information on the online form and submitting it for you without acting further on your behalf.
When to Use Section B or C
- Section B: For submissions by licensed immigration advisers or exempt persons who will continue to assist you during the visa application process.
- Section C: This is for submissions by individuals who only assist with the form submission and will not act further on your behalf.
