Before we begin your visa application, we will have an initial chat over the phone or in-person to discuss your plans, goals, and current circumstances. This initial consultation will give us all the necessary information to recommend to you the best and most suitable visa type that you should apply for.
During this time, you can ask any questions that you may have regarding any stage of your visa application process and share any concerns that you may have.
Signing Service Agreement
After our initial consultation, provided you want to go ahead and take advantage of our services, we will sign an official service agreement. This is just a formality and nothing to be afraid of.
Preparing Your Application
Once the agreement is signed by both parties (yourself and us), we can begin to prepare your visa application. During this stage, we will review the latest requirements for your visa type, fill out any necessary forms and collect all of the supporting documentation for your visa application.
Submitting Your Application
Once we have every piece of information, form, and document required by the local government, we can send off your visa application.
Get An Assigned Case Officer
Once your application is submitted, you will be assigned a dedicated case officer who will be responsible for handling your visa application should there be any complications during the waiting stages.
A potential complication would be the relevant regulatory body requesting further supporting documentation for your visa. Such documents might include further proof of your financial abilities, flights to New Zealand, and more.
Once your visa application has been submitted, you will generally have to wait around 12 weeks for a decision to be reached. As a general rule of thumb, if your application is successful, you will hear much sooner. In case there are complications along the way, your assigned case officer will provide you with all the necessary help to ensure a positive outcome.
