This visa category allows Kiribati, Tuvalu, Tonga, and Fiji citizens to register for a ballot and, if selected, apply for residency in New Zealand.
Citizens of Kiribati, Tuvalu, Tonga, and Fiji between the ages of 18 and 45 who can meet the employment, health, and English language requirements.
Applicants must first register for the ballot. If their registration is selected, they are invited to apply for residency.
The quotas for the 2022 and 2023 ballots have increased to 150 for Kiribati and Tuvalu and 500 for Tonga and Fiji.
You may include your partner and dependent children aged 24 and under in your residence application, provided they were listed in your initial ballot registration.
